Speaker Bios:
Brad Strause (Project Manager, Alpha One) holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical and Community Psychology from the University of Michigan, a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling from Western Michigan University, and a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Teaching, also from Western Michigan University. He has been an independent living specialist with Alpha One and is currently a project manager. Alpha One is a nonprofit center in South Portland that provides people with disabling conditions information, goods, and services that enable them to live independently in their communities.

PHD Speed dating is a fun, fast-paced way for students to meet with representatives from all 11 participating sites to ask any questions about the sites before they make their final decisions about where they would like to volunteer.
